Join us as we launch the first edition of what will become an annual holiday tradition: our Pastelle-Making Party with a Story, hosted alongside Tanty Darlene’s Kitchen.
On Sunday, December 21st, from 3-6 PM, step into the warmth of Caribbean Christmas culture through a Trinidadian holiday staple as we fold pastelles, share memories, and enjoy festive drinks and light bites. This inaugural gathering blends food, storytelling, and community as we celebrate heritage through the flavours and tales that bind us.
Each participant will go home with half a dozen handmade pastelles and a copy of Sic Transit Wagon by Barbara Jenkins.
Spots are very limited, only 12 seats are available! So secure yours early and help us set the foundation for a yearly gathering filled with nostalgia, joy, and plenty of pastelle love.
